Do you take orders from outside of Spain?

Yes, of course. Please check our policies on shopping, shipping and handling.

Are there any taxes included on my bill?

Your receipt includes any sale taxes applicable as well as your country’s customs taxes. All sales within the European Union include VAT, which is the only tax in this case.

Is it safe to pay by credit card?

Absolutely. However, you may also make a bank transfer [see our safety policy in “Shopping General Conditions”)

Can you ship my order to an address other than my own?

Yes. When confirming your order, you may indicate where this should be shipped.

May I include a personalized message with the product?

Yes, you may include a short message (150 characters maximum).

What happens if you are unable to find the piece that I want?

You must fill in the corresponding form, offering as many details as possible. If we still cannot find what you want, we’ll contact you to either request more information or to inform you that the object in which you are interested is out of stock. If this is the case, you may cancel your order.
